Well, hello there. Welcome to my blog. Come on in, pull up a cheesecake, uh, I mean chair.
Now, first, I want to ask a question: Are you reading my blog just because the name was interesting? (I know you are!)
And you are probably thinking sarcastic thoughts about it right now, too, aren't you? "Oh, she probably thinks she is SO CLEVER." "Losing the weight, right? hardy hardy har."
But we don't just want to lose weight, do we? We want to lose the frustration, the aggravation, the desperation. We want to stop feeling like we have to try every diet that comes out. We want to stop counting calories and points and carb exchanges and grapefruit wedges. And we want to be like those other people...the ones that just EAT and ENJOY food...and STOP eating when they are full.
How do I become one of them?! What is WRONG with me/my body/my metabolism/my brain?
Well, I am here to tell you that after decades of being overweight or downright obese, I think I might FINALLY be on the right track. I have found the one plan that seems like it is actually going to give me what I want in the end -- to be one of THOSE people...for good.
Of course, I am talking about the Sensa(TM) Weight Loss System!
I am so happy and excited about it, that I want to write all these thoughts down. And it might as well be in a blog to hopefully help others not feel so alone.
